**TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SWELLBOW LLC***

These Terms and Conditions govern your attendance at any event/concert organized by Swellbow Worldwide. By purchasing a ticket and attending the Event, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

**1. Ticket Purchase and Payment**

- Tickets for the Event are available for purchase through Swellbow authorized platforms only.

- All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued except as required by law.

- Prices are subject to change, and additional fees (such as processing fees) may apply.

**2. Entry and Admission**

- Admission to the Event requires a valid ticket. Please retain your ticket for the duration of the Event.

- Event organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or eject any individual for disruptive behavior, violation of these Terms, or for any other reason deemed necessary for the safety and enjoyment of attendees.

**3. Age Restrictions**

- Some Events may have age restrictions. Please check the Event details for specific requirements.

- Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

**4. Liability Waiver**

- Attendees acknowledge and accept that attendance at the Event involves inherent risks. By attending, you agree to assume all risks associated with your attendance.

- Swellbow LLC/Swellbow Worldwide is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the Event.

**5. Photography and Recording**

- By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. Swellbow Worldwide may use these recordings for promotional purposes.

- Unauthorized photography, filming, or recording of the performance is strictly prohibited.

**6. Prohibited Items**

- The following items are not permitted at the Event:

 - Weapons or dangerous items

 - Outside food and beverages

 - Any item that may disrupt the Event or the safety of attendees

• Drugs of any kind

**7. Changes to the Event**

- Swellbow LLC reserves the right to change the date, time, location, or lineup of the Event. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible.

- If the Event is canceled, ticket holders will be informed regarding refund options (if any).

**8. Governing Law**

- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Georgia, United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Georgia, USA.
